1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the EigenWatch platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Platform Purpose

EigenWatch provides a risk intelligence layer for the Ethereum trust economy. The data, analytics, and scores provided are for informational purposes only. We do not provide financial, investment, or legal advice.

3. Risk Intelligence & Data Accuracy

While we strive for high data integrity, EigenWatch does not guarantee the absolute accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the risk scores or metrics. The nature of modular and restaking ecosystems involves inherent technical and economic risks.

  • Risk Scores: Are based on mathematical models and historical data. They are not predictors of future performance or safety.
  • Operator Metrics: Are derived from on-chain data and may be subject to indexing lags.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your connected wallets.
  • Conducting your own due diligence before making any staking or delegation decisions.
  • Complying with all local laws regarding digital asset participation.

5. Pro Features & Subscriptions

Certain advanced metrics and alerts are subject to a "Pro" subscription. Pro accounts are tied to a specific wallet address. Subscriptions are non-refundable unless required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

EigenWatch, its founders, and contributors shall not be liable for any financial losses, slashed assets, or technical failures resulting from your participation in restaking protocols or reliance on our analytics.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and algorithms on the Platform are the property of EigenWatch. You may not scrape, redistribute, or reverse-engineer our risk models without explicit written permission.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
